We then convert them in marketing words to recommend solutions to these problems.Understanding the business needs of our customer is the first step (eg, revenues to reach, costs to save, customers to target, market to penetrate, product to launch, etc) in view to build the adapted business-oriented creativity and insight.

What are the typical problems?
Case n°1
One of our customer had experienced a period of rapid acquisition and growth, whereby the organization acquired many specialized line of products and processes from the acquired companies. ChoYou partnered to assess their product and solution roadmap for improvement, to identify the right target for each range of product and to build the adapted marketing tools to communicate. The ChoYou plan was also to align the internal teams behind one single corporate message.
Case n°2
One of our customer was dealing with multiple business software channel and with no clear vision for development of a partner program. We were able to successful analyze the adapted Route To Market for Southern Europe region. ChoYou participated in the Value Added Distributors recruitment and VAR’s enablement. ChoYou also drawed the streamline of the Partner Program to recruit, educate, ‘market to’ and ‘market with’ the partners. Finally, ChoYou developed the software tools to track the channel revenue and the business pipeline analysis.
Case n°3
One of our customer needed assistance with generating an efficient roadmap for becoming and maintaining their stance as a leader within the IT Security market. Their product offering needed streamlining and they were interested in changing the way to market and gaining new customer interaction at a higher level in the IT department. ChoYou initiated a series of analysis activities focused on software range optimization and user satisfaction. We offered simplification and implementation of strategic messages, from technical message to business value, to communicate with CIO and CTO.
Case n°4
One of our customer, getting a strong awareness in the B2B mobile market, needed to communicate about new product and solutions on the teen market (15-19) and 20-25 years old market in a B2C model. We established different profile of youth, the “gen C Trendy », « Early adopters / Rising Star», « Data Heroes » and « Smart Urbanites » and described their behaviour. We built a marketing plan including street marketing and online campaigns with adapted messages.
